We are looking for a proactive and driven person to join us as a part-time IT Support. What will you be doing?
As our IT Support, you will be the go-to person for all of our technical support matters; managing devices and support in fixing IT-related issues.
But that’s not all, here is a glimpse of what else you’ll be doing:
Manage all our devices (laptops, screens, accessories, etc…)
Support our team for any IT-related matters
Support with setting up audiovisuals for meetings and events
Maintain our office network (Ubiquiti)
Handle laptop returns and repairs for our various assets
Order new devices when needed
Setting up accounts for new employees (and deactivate when people leave)
Assist with onboarding and offboarding (Access Management)
Manage devices using Jamf or another MDM software
Your strengths consist of…
You are currently studying or you are available part-time
You are available 16 hours per week (possibility to spread the hours throughout the week)
You are fluent in English (spoken and written)
You are able to resolve issues with Windows, MacOS, Android and iPadOS/iOS
