Ominimo partners with Fixico to combine AI-powered car insurance products and digital repair management
Amsterdam, 29 July 2025 — Ominimo, the AI-driven car insurer, and Fixico, Europe’s leading digital car repair management platform, have announced a strategic partnership to manage all of Ominimo’s vehicle repairs in the Netherlands. The collaboration marks a significant step in supporting Ominimo’s rapid growth, with plans to expand into additional European markets in the near future.
Following its breakout success in Hungary — where it captured 7% of the local market and sold over 300,000 policies in its first year while achieving a lower than average claims ratio — Ominimo is scaling its operations across Europe, backed by Zurich Insurance and valued at €200 million. To support this growth, Ominimo has entered a long-term exclusive agreement with Fixico to manage and repair 100% of its body and glass repairs via Fixico’s digital repair management platform.
Fixico will deliver a fully digital, streamlined repair experience—integrated directly into Ominimo’s claims systems and processes. The partnership includes the onboarding of Autoglaz as the designated glass repair partner and provides Ominimo with real-time visibility into repair status, performance KPIs, and customer experience metrics.
Key performance goals for the partnership include keeping repair lead times under 8 calendar days for at least 80% of cases, delivering competitive repair quotes within 24 hours, and maintaining customer satisfaction scores of 4.5 or higher (on a 5-point scale).
