Amsterdam, 9 October 2025 — The Dutch mobility industry is characterised by ongoing cost increases of damage repairs and capacity constraints. Within this market, Aon, a leading global professional services firm, and Fixico, Europe’s leading digital car repair management platform, are taking the next step in their strategic partnership by expanding into the Netherlands. Aon’s fleet customers now also benefit from Fixico’s platform, offering faster damage handling, lower costs and complete transparency.

Exceptional results in Belgium

Aon Belgium manages a fleet of more than 110,000 vehicles and handles over 35,000 claims annually. Fixico and Aon have collaborated in Belgium for over seven years, during which time Aon has reduced average repair lead times by 31% and cut direct repair costs by 24%, supported by Fixico’s digital repair platform. With the expansion to the Netherlands, Aon aims to replicate these results by improving repair performance and operational efficiency for its fleet clients.

Innovation in the Netherlands

With the expansion into the Netherlands, Aon and Fixico are focusing on improving repair performance, reducing operational costs, and delivering a smoother experience for drivers. Fixico’s digital repair platform will be fully embedded into Aon’s claims workflows, enabling data-driven decision-making and intelligent repair allocation based on availability, lead times, and expertise. This will ensure high-quality outcomes across both traditional and electric vehicles, while minimising vehicle downtime and giving fleet customers full control over the repair process.

“Aon is committed to delivering best-in-class claims handling and repair services for our clients,” said Al Pijnacker, Director Fleet Automotive Benelux of Aon. “Fixico allows us to elevate the customer journey while ensuring we maintain full control over cost, speed and quality.”

“We’re excited to take our partnership with Aon to the next level,” said Ottavio Palazzi, Regional Director Benelux and Fixico. “Together, we’re delivering faster repairs, lower costs and a better experience for drivers. Fixico gives partners like Aon a level of control and visibility that’s hard to find anywhere else in Europe. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved in Belgium and look forward to bringing the same success to the Netherlands.”

It’s Aon’s mission to modernise and digitalise claims and repair processes. This strategic partnership, which started in Belgium in 2018, supports clients across Europe, while enabling scalable, smart and sustainable repair solutions in a rapidly evolving mobility landscape.
