Fleet operators can now manage every repair, maintenance and tyre service in one place, ending the era of fragmented vehicle care.
Amsterdam, 25 March 2026 — Fixico, Europe’s leading digital repair management platform, today announced the launch of Fixico One, a platform designed to orchestrate all types of vehicle repairs and maintenance through a single AI-powered system.
The launch follows a period of extensive testing and marks a significant strategic milestone in the company’s history, expanding Fixico beyond its original focus on body and glass damage into a broader ambition: building the digital infrastructure that connects the entire vehicle repair ecosystem.
Vehicle repair and maintenance represent a significant operational cost, yet it remains one of the most fragmented areas within the industry. For fleet operators, repair management has long been one of the least transparent and most complex aspects of running a fleet. Fixico One removes this complexity, offering a seamless digital experience and full control across all vehicle services.
Fixico One is built for organisations that manage vehicle fleets, such as rental companies, last-mile delivery operators, leasing providers and car sharing platforms. Today’s fleets cross borders, vehicles have become more complex, and cost pressures are rising. Yet the dominant operating model of email coordination, spreadsheets and fixed supplier contracts has barely changed in decades.
“Fleet operators are managing one of their biggest cost drivers with tools that belong in the past. Different repairs, different suppliers, different systems, all running in silos, country by country. Fixico One changes this fundamentally. For the first time, every repair, in every market, can be handled through a single intelligent platform", said Derk Roodhuyzen, CEO of Fixico.
At the heart of the platform is an AI-driven orchestration engine that matches each repair or maintenance case to the most suitable supplier in the network, based on location, capacity, lead time and historical performance. The more cases flow through the platform, the smarter it gets, continuously improving outcomes across cost, speed and quality.
Fixico One has been in development for more than a year and has been tested with selected customers before its official launch. During this period, the platform processed more than 50,000 mechanical repair, maintenance and tyre service cases. More than 11,000 workshops, a mix of independent repair shops, OEM dealers and major automotive service providers, including Carglass and Euromaster, have been connected to the platform.
For fleet operators, this network means immediate access to a broad and vetted marketplace of repair and service providers, giving them more choice, better coverage and greater flexibility across markets, without having to manage individual supplier relationships themselves.
Fixico One is available immediately to fleet operators in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands, with additional European markets following soon.
Early deployments have already shown strong operational impact, cutting handling time by up to 50% and reducing repair costs and lead times by up to 20%.
Fixico is the European digital platform and marketplace for fleet repair and maintenance management. The company connects fleet operators, insurers and repair networks in a digitally connected ecosystem designed to improve transparency, coordination and performance.
Powered by AI and data, Fixico enables organisations to manage all types of vehicle repairs and maintenance in one place, delivering measurable outcomes across cost, lead time, quality and driver satisfaction.
Fixico operates in 11 countries and serves more than 250 businesses, including companies such as Arval, SIXT, Aon and Fleet International Enterprises, connecting them to a total network of more than 15,000 repair shops (11,000 for mechanical repairs, maintenance and tyres and 4,000 for body and glass repair) across Europe.
