FEST selects Fixico for EV aftersales service management

Paris/Amsterdam, 24 October 2023 — FEST Auto Technology, the Singapore-based manufacturer of electric light commercial vehicles (e-LCVs), has today announced it has selected Fixico, the digital car repair management platform, as its long-term European aftersales service partner. Fixico’s platform will enable FEST to deliver high quality aftersales services for maintenance and repair to its valued customers while rapidly scaling up its operations across Europe. 

FEST’s growing range of e-LCVs and digital vehicle and fleet software solutions have been designed to help commercial businesses of all sizes, such as last-mile delivery companies, optimize their fleet performance and reduce their carbon footprint. Setting up the aftersales service infrastructure within Fixico’s digital platform is a first step of FEST to offer to their customers fully digital solutions to centrally manage their vehicles’ services and directly coordinate with certified service providers. 

The partnership will initially be launched in France, FEST's first European market. FEST’s existing partnerships with service providers and dealerships in France will be integrated into the Fixico platform for effortless collaboration. Expanding to other European countries, FEST will leverage Fixico’s network of over 3,000 repair service providers. FEST will select service providers within the Fixico network that comply with the standards and fit with FEST's customer centric service philosophy. Fixico will take the lead in certifying and training the service partners to ensure high quality servicing of their vehicles.
