Hamburg/Amsterdam, March 19, 2024 — Europcar, one of the world's leading mobility providers, and Fixico, a leading platform for digital repair management, are further expanding their strategic partnership. After successful collaborations in Belgium and the Netherlands, the partnership is now extended to Germany, where more than 300 of Europcar's German stations and their workshop partners, in terms of body and paint work, will be integrated into the Fixico platform.
With the integration of Fixico, Europcar is driving the modernization and digitization of its operational business, optimizing the control and transparency of repair work. The goal: to increase process and cost efficiency in the long term. Initially, all vehicle repairs will be processed via the platform, with maintenance and other services expected to be added in the foreseeable future. This advancement contributes to Fixico’s goal of creating a unified digital ecosystem for all automotive servicing needs.
By leveraging Fixico's advanced technology, Europcar will gain real-time insights into the repair process, allowing them to measure progress and make informed decisions regarding their fleet and service network. This streamlined approach will reduce their total cost of repair, optimizing fleet utilization and minimizing administrative handling expenses.
