We are looking for a proactive, energetic and ambitious intern to join our Operations team as Damage Repair Expert. During this internship you will receive the opportunity to play a major role in keeping the repair process running smoothly by virtue of your knowledge of car damages. You review incoming damages and are responsible for sharing accurate information with our damage repair network.
What will you be doing during your internship?
In the role of Damage Repair Expert intern, you will ensure the whole repair process is as efficient as possible. You will use your (acquired) knowledge of car damage (repair) to help our users and increase your own knowledge of car damage and car repair during the process. You will be working closely with our Customer Excellence and Network Excellence team.
On top of that you will:
Supervise the complete damage repair process from start to end
Inspect incoming damages with an expert eye
Monitor quotes and damage calculations
Follow up on damage reports, primarily by phone. You will have contact with both users and body repair shops
Your strengths consist of…
You are currently enrolled in an MBO, HBO or WO study, ideally in automotive-related field
You are fluent in Dutch and English (writing and speaking), German or French is a plus
You have a passion for cars and the automotive industry
You are available for a minimum of 5/6 months
You have strong problem solving skills
You are precise and detail-oriented in your work
You have a proactive can-do attitude
You enjoy working in a team
