Europcar and Fixico extend fleet repair partnership to Germany

Building on the partnership’s success in Belgium and The Netherlands, we’re now integrating Europcar’s 300+ German rental stations and affiliated body and paint workshops onto the Fixico platform. Initially, all vehicle repairs will be processed via the platform, with maintenance and other services expected to be added in the foreseeable future.

Assignee: You can now assign damage reports to specific users, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities when multiple users collaborate within the same account.

Labels: Introducing customisable labels for damage reports. Streamline and enhance your damage report management by providing a structured and organised way to categorise and provide additional context.

Comments: Facilitate seamless communication within the platform using comments on a damage report. Here you can comment internally or to Fixico’s support team.

Updated Data Insights

As we continue to build an all-in-one platform, we’re updating our data reporting and insights feature for more comprehensive insights and a better user experience. You’ll have a centralised overview of all your insights to make more informed decisions directly through the Fixico platform!

We’re currently looking for users to join an early access release. Here, we’d like you to give us your feedback regarding the improved insights feature before launching it for all our partners.

Full-service platform: customizable work-orders

As we move towards creating a full-service platform, you will soon be able to request additional services such as maintenance, mechanical, and glass repair through the Fixico platform.

This is possible through customizable work-orders sent to the repairer where you have the ability to add your own work-order items or deselect items that you don’t want the repairer to work on.

This feature is enhanced by our AI damage detection capabilities. The AI will automatically generate structured work-order items which describe the type, size, severity and operations for body and glass damages from photos you upload to the platform.
